Starting July 1, 2025, RCPC will experience a 50% reduction in staff due to statewide Measure 110 funding cuts. As a result, we need to limit our drop-in hours to better align with available capacity.
But we want to be clear—this is not the end.
It’s a restructuring.
Beginning July 1:
Drop-In Center Hours: ⏰1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Appointments, Care Coordination, and Detox Navigation and all other services:
Available from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM by phone, text, or scheduled visits
This change is necessary—but our hope and intention is for it to be a temporary inconvenience, not a permanent shift.
We are actively pursuing sustainable funding to rebuild our team and expand hours once again.
