We are currently recruiting for two key leadership roles

Restored Connections Peer Center (RCPC) is inviting passionate, dedicated individuals to apply for service on our Board of Directors or our newly forming Stewardship Board.

As a peer-run recovery organization grounded in lived experience, cultural responsiveness, and person-centered care, we are seeking community members who share our mission of restoring connections to life for individuals navigating substance use, houselessness, and high-risk life transitions.

We are currently recruiting for two key leadership roles:

🔹 Board of Directors
Help shape the direction of our programs, support strategic goals, and advocate for sustainable recovery services in Lane County.

🔹 Stewardship Board
A new and vital governing body responsible for safeguarding the mission and integrity of RCPC. Members of the Stewardship Board provide high-level oversight, including hiring and evaluating executive leadership and upholding the organization’s founding principles.

We are especially interested in individuals with experience in finance, policy, health equity, lived recovery experience, behavioral health, fundraising, Indigenous community leadership, or nonprofit governance. However, your most important qualification is your commitment to justice, inclusion, and the transformative power of recovery.

If you believe in our mission and want to play a meaningful role in our future, we welcome your interest.
